Refund policy

Returns

Because the bamboo whisk and ceramic bowl are used with food, we can't accept returns on opened sets.

Unopened sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The set must be in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

To start a return, email usucha.store@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the set.

Damaged or wrong items

If your set arrives broken, chipped or missing a piece, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send anything back.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If something arrived damaged, see above.
